Article V, Section 12 

Shall enforce the laws. The Governor shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

Article IX, Section 5

Removal by impeachment or address. Every person holding any civil office under this State, may be removed by impeachment, for misdemeanor in office; and every person holding any office, may be removed by the Governor on the address of both branches of the Legislature. Recall

Although it's rarely used, 26 states have some form of recall available to citizens. State laws vary in terms of the requirements for a recall, but they typically require a petition with a given number of signatures followed by a public referendum and, if the referendum is passed, a new election to fill the office. The Progressive, or "Bull Moose" Party called for recall at the federal level in 1912, but the party only lasted until 1918 and the initiative was never passed.

Notes on Oldsmobile 1936

This is where they hide the battery in the 1936 Oldmobile, straight 6. Under the drivers seat.

So.. we got it in the driveway... and had a few nice days to work on it.. April 17, 2011.. the beginning!

It's ONLY SURFACE RUST.. he tells me .. and, Bob has been sanding it down..daily!!
Even got the seat covers off and put them in the wash!
